Welcome to Anaya Salon, Surat. By visiting our salon, booking appointments, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our salon premises, booking any service (in person, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website), or using any of our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
Anaya Salon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Appointment Booking & Cancellations
All appointments at Anaya Salon are subject to the following booking policy:
- Appointments can be booked in person, via phone call, or through WhatsApp.
- A confirmation from our team is required to consider an appointment officially booked.
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a nominal fee or forfeiture of deposits paid for bridal or special packages.
- Anaya Salon reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of staff unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
- We encourage clients to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Bridal Bookings: All bridal packages require a minimum 30% advance deposit to confirm the booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Services & Pricing
All service prices displayed at our salon or communicated by our staff are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable will be the one communicated at the time of service commencement.
- Anaya Salon uses premium-grade, professional products for all treatments. We do not guarantee specific brands unless explicitly requested and confirmed in advance.
- Results from services such as hair treatments, skin care, and chemical procedures may vary from person to person based on individual hair type, skin type, and health conditions.
- We do not offer refunds on services once they have been rendered.
- Redo requests for services will be evaluated case-by-case and must be raised within 48 hours of the original appointment.

Health, Safety & Allergy Disclaimer
Your safety and well-being are our highest priority. Please be aware of the following:
- Clients must inform our staff of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or ongoing medications before any treatment begins.
- Anaya Salon will not be held liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
- Patch tests are recommended and available upon request for chemical treatments including hair color, bleach, and certain skin procedures. We strongly encourage all first-time clients to request a patch test.
- Pregnant clients or those with specific medical conditions should consult a physician before booking certain services.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if we believe it may cause harm to the client.

Payment Terms
Anaya Salon accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Debit Card / Credit Card
- Net Banking
Full payment is due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We do not offer credit or deferred payment options unless part of a formal corporate agreement.

Photography & Media
Anaya Salon may take photographs or videos of completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing materials). By availing our services, you grant Anaya Salon permission to use such images, provided they do not identify you personally without your explicit consent.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your service begins and we will respect your preference.

Personal Belongings
Anaya Salon is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto our premises. Clients are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.

Conduct on Premises
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose behaviour is deemed disrespectful, threatening, or disruptive to our salon environment.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anaya Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
